What is new this season?

Nadele Flynn, one of DPSAY’s board members, will offer “fun-runs” once a week in and about the Whitehorse region. The goal of the “fun-run” is to provide a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere to get out with other folks that like to run their dogs in harness. Kicksleds, Canicross, Skijoring, and Bikejoring are all welcome. Speed is what you want it to be, distance is usually 5-8km.
Nadele organized meet-ups like this last year in Edmonton in association with Iron Paws Virtual Stage “Race”. They check in with each other. Learn from others. Have a few laughs. If you are interested, or know someone who is, please email Nadele directly:  nadele@ualberta.ca
Let her know what nights/time of the week might work best for you, and if you have any locations you’d recommend. We’d pick locations where Kicksleds, Canicross, Skijoring, or Bikejoring would be allowed.

We hope to see you lots this winter!
