Our hard-working trail crew, led by Darryl Sheepway, has been out on skidoos for their first trail-breaking mission. Here’s Darryl’s report from yesterday:
THE TRAIL IS IN all the way to mendenhall. It took us more then 9hrs today but it is in, we put in at takhini bridge went to mendenhall and back and we dragged the entire thing twice, one pass on the way out and again on the way back. It is not awesome but there is a good trail now, it is still a little rough, but a little more traffic will smooth that out.
